Founder & CEO
With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Jake is known for his energy, organization, and unwavering commitment to high standards. His dedication and strong work ethic have earned him a reputation for excellence, gaining prestigious recognition of being ranked in the top 1% of builders in North West by the Federation of Master Builders.
Outside of work, Jake is an epic athlete, consistently pushing his limits by completing marathons, Ironman competitions, and challenging bike rides. His relentless focus and determination extend beyond his professional life, making him a truly driven individual in everything he does.
Lee
High-Spec Builder
Lee is an outgoing and sociable member of our team, bringing years of hands-on experience in the construction industry. He began his career as a bricklayer and has since honed his skills to become an all-rounder high-spec builder.
Lee's commitment to quality craftsmanship and attention to detail make him a key part of our team.When he’s not working on building projects, Lee enjoys spending quality time with his beautiful family. You can also find him perfecting his swing on the golf course. His passion for both his work and his hobbies shows in everything he does.
Arthur
Apprentice Bricklayer
Arthur is an apprentice studying bricklaying at Cambian College and is gaining hands-on experience onsite with us. A dedicated team member, Arthur is eager to learn the trade and build his skills in the field.Outside of work, you’ll often find him on a football pitch or playing snooker with his mates, always up for some friendly competition.
Arthur’s enthusiasm and commitment make him a valuable part of our team as he continues to grow in his craft.
John
Health & Safety Manager
John is our dedicated Health and Safety Manager, whose commitment to professionalism is truly unmatched. He ensures that every project is executed with the highest safety standards, making our work environment secure and efficient. John's thorough approach and expertise help keep our team and projects running smoothly, making him an invaluable asset to the company.
Outside of work, John is an outdoor enthusiast. You’ll often find him scaling a mountain, paddleboarding across serene lakes, or camping under the stars. His love for adventure and the great outdoors reflects his passion for taking on new challenges, both in his career and personal life.
Taylor
High Spec Construction
Taylor is a hardworking and dedicated member of our construction team, known for his high standards and eagerness to learn. His positive attitude and attention to detail make him an essential part of our company. Taylor’s commitment to excellence ensures that every project he’s involved in meets the highest expectations.
When he's not on the job, Taylor enjoys spending quality time with his girlfriend and family. He has a passion for exploring new places and trying out different cuisines, especially at new restaurants. Whether it’s a weekend getaway or discovering hidden local gems, Taylor’s sense of adventure and love for new experiences keep him busy outside of work.
Emma
Office Manager
Emma keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes at Jamieson Developments Ltd. As the office manager, she focuses on finding the best quality materials at fair prices, always aiming to make each project a success for each and every client. Whether she’s coordinating suppliers or helping out with day-to-day logistics, Emma is a steady support for the team.
Outside of work, Emma stays busy with her big family of six and a variety of animals—over 50, in fact, including alpacas, quails, and chickens. Her love for animals and family life brings organisational skills, warmth and dedication to everything she does.
